Customer Satisfaction Survey
The Arizona Bureau of Emergency Medical Services & Trauma Systems' goal is to provide excellent customer service through operating in an accessible, open, and consensus-building manner. It is our desire to have Bureau staff make everyone who has business with the Bureau feel important and welcome.
